The US Patent and Trademark Office have granted three design Patents to Microsoft for a camera. The new Industrial designs would strongly suggest that they represent the next generation Kinect. The new design replaces the three front camera/sensors with a very large wide camera. The design also supports stereo speakers which would be nice for gaming or watching movies on your smart HDTV. Our report provides you with several jumbo graphics so that you don't miss a thing.
About Microsoft's Patent Figures: FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an electronic camera showing the new design; FIG. 2 below is a front elevational view; FIG. 3 below is a rear elevational view; (Cover Graphics) FIG. 4 is left side elevational view while FIG. 5 is right side elevational view.
All three design patents were filed with the US Patent and Trademark Office in March 2012 and published in Q2 2013. It should be noted that Design Patents are simply not detailed. There's never a summary or any form of fine detailing. It's truly a what you see is what you get scenario.
